To USA , we selected DHL as our carrier which will be delivered within 7days after parcel shipped out.

To Europe,the first shipping method is local shipping company which will delivery within 15 days after parcel shipped out. If you select DHL shipping ,we won't pay taxes, please note.

To Janpan,we selected Sagawa as parter which will arrives within 7 days after parcel shipped out.

To the other countries,it will takes about 20 days for delivery ,If you select DHL shipping ,we won't pay taxes, please note.

We have a 7-day no reason return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Also 30-day quality issue return is acceptable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at qinzd@foxmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
